Lady From Princes Town In Need Of Assistance

Lady in need of assistance. She has a medical condition that causes her to have blackouts, as a result of this she cannot work. 

She needs groceries.

She also has 2 medical test to be done. One is at a public hospital and the other is at a private institution and that 2nd one cost $900 TTD.
